Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is required for ALL cancellations. Services not canceled before 24hr is subject to 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations. There is only a 15 minute grace period allowed for lateness; appointment is subject to cancellation after late period has ended. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE NOTED IN CLIENTS FILE and deposit is non-refundable.
